What this covers
This policy covers the photos you upload, the requests you submit and the videos you make on Tip Toeing in My Jordans, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.
Authorized photos only
Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have clearly agreed, and that includes celebrities. You must hold all the rights, consents and permissions needed to use the photo, the agreement should cover processing it and the video you plan to make, and a child’s photo needs a parent or guardian’s consent.
Sexual content
Pornography, nudity, explicit or sexually suggestive content, and intimate imagery made without consent are not allowed.
Violence, hate and harassment
No graphic violence, threats or calls to violence, no hate speech or harassment that targets race, religion, gender or other protected traits, and no bullying anyone.
Child safety
Child sexual abuse material, and anything that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors, is strictly prohibited. Even with a guardian’s consent, a child’s photo may only be used for harmless content.
No deceptive use of likeness
Don’t use videos to impersonate people, fake evidence, invent endorsements or commit fraud, and don’t make deepfakes of anyone without their consent. Don’t use someone’s likeness to sell products or push political messages without their consent, or place anyone in a misleading context.
Respect others’ rights
Don’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, image or publicity rights. Don’t use unlicensed music, logos, source footage or other protected material, or make anything else that is unlawful or harmful.
Say it’s AI when you share
When you share a video, label it as AI-generated and follow the platform’s rules on AI content. Never pass it off as footage of something that really happened.
How content is checked
Our AI providers’ safety checks block some requests, but they can’t catch every violation. We don’t manually review every video and rely mainly on reports to find problems.
Enforcement and appeals
If you break these rules, we may refuse requests, remove content, or suspend or close your account, with permanent bans for serious or repeated violations, and we may keep evidence and work with authorities where the law requires. To appeal, email support@tiptoeinjordans.com from your account address with the video link and your explanation.
Reporting
To report prohibited content or someone using your face without consent, use the report form in the footer or email support@tiptoeinjordans.com with the video link and the reason. There’s no need to attach explicit images, and please never send passwords, sign-in codes or full card numbers.
Don’t abuse the service
Don’t attack or overload the service, dodge usage limits or payment, scrape the site, or resell access to it.
