Which resolutions can I use?
Every video is 12 seconds. Standard 720p costs 10 credits (recommended) and HD 1080p 20; both are available with any pack or the monthly plan.

Credits from packs never expire. Monthly plan credits lapse at the end of each billing period.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Buy another pack any time, and the credits are added to your balance.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
Cancel from your account page. The plan stays active until the end of the current period, with no further charges.
What happens if a video fails?
If a video fails or is blocked, the credits go back to your balance automatically. Credits spent on videos that rendered successfully aren’t refunded.
