About these Terms
By using Tip Toeing in My Jordans (tiptoeinjordans.com), you accept these Terms along with our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
What Tip Toeing in My Jordans does
Tip Toeing in My Jordans uses generative AI to make videos. You upload your photos, then spend credits to turn them into a trend video. Our example videos are AI-generated and everyone in them is fictional.
Age
You must be at least 18, and an adult under the law where you live, to use Tip Toeing in My Jordans or buy credits.
Your account
Sign-in works through Google or through email, where we send you a link and a 6-digit code. You are responsible for activity in your account, so keep that link and code private, and don’t open extra accounts to get around limits or bans.
Photos you upload
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have each agreed. You promise that you have all the rights, consents and permissions needed to use the photo, and that the agreement covers both processing the photo and the video you intend to make. A child’s photo needs a parent or guardian’s consent, and you confirm all of this with a checkbox before you generate.
What you can’t make
Don’t use Tip Toeing in My Jordans for sexual content, anything that sexualizes minors, impersonation, or content that is illegal or infringes someone else’s rights. The full list is in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Credits and prices
A standard video costs 10 credits, and you see the credits needed before you generate. Credit packs are $9.99 (10 credits), $19.99 (20 credits), and $49.99 (60 credits), the monthly plan is $29.99 for 40 credits a month, and credits for a failed or blocked video come back to you automatically.
Credits don’t expire
Credits from credit packs never expire. Monthly plan credits lapse at the end of each billing period.
Payments and merchant of record
Payments run through Stripe’s Managed Payments and accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Stripe is the merchant of record, so your order is Sold through Link and your statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our store name; Link sends your receipts, you can review orders and manage your monthly plan at link.com, and we never see or store your card number.
Tax and currency
Prices are listed in US dollars with tax included, and Stripe works out any sales tax or VAT based on your location. Checkout may show the total in your local currency.
Credits aren’t cash
Credits have no cash value. You can’t transfer, sell or cash them out, except as our Refund Policy allows.
Credits work only here
Credits can only be redeemed for video generation on Tip Toeing in My Jordans. They can’t be used for anything else, and they aren’t sold or given as gift cards.
Usage limits
We may limit or refuse abnormal usage, such as automated bulk requests, to keep the service working for everyone.
AI results vary
AI output differs from run to run, so faces, motion, lip sync and details may not match your photos or the original trend. We can’t promise a particular likeness, views or platform approval, so watch each video before you post it.
Using your videos
As between you and us, the videos you make are yours to download and share, including in personal or commercial social posts. That use is subject to each platform’s rules and to the rights of any person, music or brand that appears.
No rights to the original
Videos come with AI-generated sound. We give you no rights in the trend’s song, the source video or any artist’s name or likeness; those rights stay with their owners, who may object to some uses.
No deception
Don’t use your videos to deceive or impersonate anyone, or to suggest a video is official or endorsed by an artist or brand. Never post a generated celebrity performance as if it really happened.
What you let us do
You keep your rights in your photos and videos. You let us process, store and deliver them only as needed to run the service for you.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on Tip Toeing in My Jordans infringes your rights, see our DMCA and Takedown page or use the report form in the footer.
Independent tool
Tip Toeing in My Jordans is an independent tool with no affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship from TikTok or from the artists, creators and labels behind any trend. Every name and trademark mentioned belongs to its owner.
Provided as is
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we make no warranties about results, likeness or uptime.
Limits on liability
We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid Tip Toeing in My Jordans during the 12 months before it. Rights that the law says can’t be waived are not affected.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you upload, request and publish. Where the law allows, any losses or third-party claims arising from your unlawful use or breach of these Terms are yours to bear.
Suspension and termination
If you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may refuse requests, remove content, or suspend or close your account, and we may keep evidence and cooperate with authorities where the law requires. You can stop using the service or delete your account from the account page at any time; to appeal a restriction, email support@tiptoeinjordans.com from your account address.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will post each new version here with a new date. For significant changes, we will post what is changing and the effective date before it applies, and using the service after that date means you accept the change.
Consumer rights where you live
For credit packs and the first month of the monthly plan, you can get a full refund within 14 days of payment if none of the credits have been used; see the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that the law where you live guarantees.
Third-party AI providers
Videos are made by video models we reach through a third-party AI video generation provider. Safety checks by that provider and by the model providers may block some requests.
